The Master Music Program awards scholarships for Foundational Black American students based on demonstrated financial need and an expressed interest in pursuing a jazz or gospel instrumental education.
Requirements
1.Student must be a Foundational Black American, meaning they can trace their ancestry to the 1870 census.
2. Student must be taught by a Foundational Black American instructor.
3. Student can attend any one of the following Black music educational centers.
4. Student must provide quarterly progress report to foundation.

Scholarships are awarded quarterly and paid directly to music center.
